Nothing in this policy or any service agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between Funnel Automation Pro™ and the Client.2. Use of Third-Party Service ProvidersFunnel Automation Pro™ may utilize authorized third-party providers to assist in delivering marketing services, hosting, advertising management, analytics, scheduling systems, payment processors, and related execution.These providers operate under contractual agreements and industry-standard confidentiality obligations.By engaging Funnel Automation Pro™, the Client acknowledges and consents to the use of such third-party providers where necessary to deliver services.3. No Guarantee of ResultsDigital marketing performance depends on numerous factors outside the control of Funnel Automation Pro™, including but not limited to:• Market demand
• Competition
• Budget allocation
• Website quality
• Consumer behavior
• Platform algorithm changes
• Economic conditions
Accordingly:• No guarantees are made regarding advertising performance, traffic volume, lead quantity, revenue, or return on investment.
• Campaign outcomes may vary between industries, businesses, and time periods.
• All services are provided on a best-effort professional basis.
4. Earnings & Results DisclaimerAny examples, case studies, performance discussions, or projections are provided for illustrative purposes only.They do not represent guaranteed or typical results.Clients are solely responsible for:• Closing sales
• Pricing services
• Managing business operations
• Converting leads into revenue
Funnel Automation Pro™ does not guarantee business growth, profitability, or financial performance.Funnel Automation Pro™ does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. Clients are responsible for consulting their own licensed professionals where appropriate.5. Client ResponsibilitiesClients agree to:• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain lawful and ethical business practices
• Supply required access to advertising accounts, websites, and analytics tools
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Failure to meet these responsibilities may negatively impact campaign performance and does not constitute service failure by Funnel Automation Pro™.6. Payments, Fees, and Advertising SpendMarketing management fees and advertising budgets are separate.Advertising spend is typically paid directly to the advertising platform or authorized processor and is non-refundable once deployed.Service fees cover professional time, strategic planning, campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and management.Recurring billing may apply in accordance with the Client’s signed agreement.7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Funnel Automation Pro™, its contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Platform policy changes or account suspensions
• Data loss or tracking discrepancies
• Third-party system failures
• Algorithm updates or advertising policy changes
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the preceding thirty (30) days.8. IndemnificationClients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funnel Automation Pro™, its contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from:• The Client’s business practices
• Website content or intellectual property violations
• Advertising claims or regulatory violations
• Misrepresentation of services
• Misuse of marketing services
